The comeback is super exciting on so many levels but I was wanting to talk about one in particular. I expect this fandom is going to grow and I find that really exciting. Old fans are going to rediscover them, new fans are going to discover them for the first time, and it’s just going to be wonderful.
I do have one hope though, and that is that no one, existing fans, old fans, new fans, that no one feels like they aren’t welcome. Because that simply isn’t true.If you prefer to sit back and watch without saying anything, that is perfectly fine, but please never feel like you are being made to do so or that your voice and presence isn’t valuable.
If you want to get involved, jump in! Say hi. It doesn’t have to be super eloquent, It can literally just be ‘hi’ :D You don’t need to join any clubs or networks or anything. You’re complete free to do that if you would like, but know that you are already included in the fandom simply by being a fan.
Get excited and ramble away in posts and tags with as few or as many exclamation points as you feel necessary. Write, edit, vid, gif, draw, make giant sculptures out of ice cream containers. Whatever you want to do, go for it
And please never feel like your creativity isn’t wanted! Or that what you want to create isn’t as good as the person over there. Sure, it’s great to learn and grow and develop whatever it is you want to do, but the main point of creativity is simply to create. To create and express your love and feelings. That is never wrong or unacceptable. In fact it’s beautiful and perfect.
We all love Tessa and Scott and I can’t wait to love them together :D
